Terms and conditions

  • All transactions are covered by these terms and conditions unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notification, unless agreed in writing
  • Where replacing trims, rubbers, weather strips etc, these items will be additionally charged to the bill and are not subject to any form of discount
  • Where glass is bonded to the vehicle, the urethane and primer is included in the pricing of the job unless stated otherwise
  • All work carried out is covered by a twelve month warranty to cover installation and workmanship. If rectification work is necessary, this will be carried out free of charge. The guarantee will apply providing no adverse weather conditions or bodywork conditions at the time of install
  • Where glass has been bonded to the vehicle, it is subject to safe drive away times that must be adhered to. If vehicle is driven before said time, no warranty cover will stand
  • Where glass has been bonded to the vehicle, it is not allowed to be washed for 24 hours. If vehicle is washed, no warranty cover will stand
  • Unless agreed arrangement stands, private customers are required to pay on completion. Trade customers are required to pay within 14 days of the invoice.
  • Ownership of goods shall not be passed to the customer until payment is made in full. If the customer is in default of the agreed payment, Motorglazier will be entitled to recover possession of the goods supplied
  • When Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are equipped to the vehicles’ windscreen, on completion of windscreen replacement, it is the customer/owners’ responsibility to ensure that they get the vehicles ADAS system recalibrated. Motorglazier takes no responsibility for these systems whatsoever
