What is ADAS?
Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are primarily focused on collision avoidance technologies (for example, lane departure warning and blind-spot applications) and driver aids, such as night vision, autonomous emergency braking, driver alertness and adaptive cruise control.
What is calibration?
ADAS rely heavily on windscreen-mounted cameras. When replacing a windscreen these cameras will also need to be calibrated to ensure the safety systems continue to work as intended.
